Shipping & Delivery

Standard Delivery

• 3–5 working days

• Free on orders over £50

• £3.95 on orders under £50

• Tracking provided via email

Express Delivery

• 1–2 working days

• £6.95 flat rate

• Order before 2pm for next-day dispatch

• Full tracking included

International Shipping

• 5–14 working days, depending on destination

• Rates are calculated at checkout

• Duties and taxes may apply

• Tracking is available for most destinations

Click & Collect is not currently available.

All orders are delivered directly to your chosen delivery address.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We accept eligible returns within 30 days from the delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

• Suitcases must not show signs of travel use.

• Footwear must be unworn with tags attached.

• Sale items can be returned for store credit.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return.

How to Return

1. Log in to your account and go to “My Orders.”

2. Select the item and choose “Request Return.”

3. Print the prepaid return label.

4. Pack the item securely and drop it off.

5. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

• Processing takes 5–7 working days after we receive your return.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty.

• You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

​

We'll arrange a free return and provide either a replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer.
